1. WHO WE ARE

This site is operated by J.J. Arias, author of sapphic romance books. We sell paperbacks, eBooks, signed copies, and exclusive content directly to readers. Some items may be printed and shipped by third-party partners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To make a purchase, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent. You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws, including copyright laws.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

We do our best to describe and display our books accurately. However, we can’t guarantee every screen shows colors or images exactly as they appear in person. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept major payment methods like credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. All payments are securely processed via Shopify or its partners.

6. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Orders ship from Florida or from our print-on-demand partners. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships. Delivery times vary. We are not responsible for delays once your package leaves our hands.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. Please review our Refund Policy for more details on how to request a replacement if something arrives damaged.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including book text, graphics, photos, logos, and digital products—is the intellectual property of J.J. Arias and may not be copied or used without permission.
