Thank you so much for supporting indie books and small creators! Each item in this store is made and fulfilled with care. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of print-on-demand and personalized orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Or you receive the wrong item

Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us at uphauspress@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you
    or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears lost in transit, please email us and we will work with our print and shipping partners to locate or replace it.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note:

  • Signed books, eBooks, and digital downloads are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Orders that are refused or returned to sender will not be refunded unless previously authorized.
