SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with J.J. Arias. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping for physical products sold on our site.


Unsigned Paperbacks (Domestic & International)

Unsigned books are printed and shipped by BookVault. They route each order to the nearest printer—so your copy may ship from the U.S., U.K., E.U., Canada, or Australia, depending on where you live.

Rates & taxes are calculated automatically at checkout by BookVault.

Delivery times vary by location. U.S. orders generally arrive within 5–8 business days, while shipments to Canada, the U.K., and Australia often arrive faster than standard international timelines due to regional fulfillment.

Any customs or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


Signed Books & Perfectly Imperfect Copies (U.S. Only)

These items are fulfilled manually by J.J. Arias from Florida and are only available for U.S. shipping due to cost limitations.

Shipping Method: USPS Economy (Media Mail or similar)

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.


Preorders

If you purchase a preorder item, it will ship once the book becomes available. You’ll be notified by email with a tracking update when it goes out.


Ebooks & Audiobooks

Ebooks are sold via Amazon due to publishing agreements. When you click “Buy on Amazon,” you’ll be redirected to complete the purchase on their platform.

Audiobooks are fulfilled via Audible in a similar way.

But don’t worry—buying through our site still supports the author!


Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available, you’ll receive an email notification once your item ships. If you don’t receive tracking within 7 business days, please contact us at uphauspress@outlook.com.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by the carrier

If your order arrives damaged, email us at uphauspress@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
